Delivery Policy

We aim to get all orders out within 48 hours of receiving them. However, even though we have 95% of items on the website in stock, we do, ocassionally, misjudge and run out of stock. Whilst we get stock in daily and quickly it can create a delay. If your order is urgent we advise you contact us in person on 01772 633444 and we can tell you instantly if an item is in stock and arrange special postage if required.

Postage within the UK is £1/5- aPER ORDER and all book orders are despatched by 1st class post via the postal system. The Royal Mail advises that first class post can take up to 72 hours - this time can increase running up to Christmas.

Larger orders are ocassionaly despatched by courier and a tracking reference number can be obtained if this is necessary.
