Delivery Policy

We aim to get all orders out within 48 hours of receiving them. However, even though we have 95% of items on the website in stock, we do, ocassionally, misjudge and run out of stock. Whilst we get stock in daily and quickly it can create a delay. If your order is urgent we advise you contact us in person on 01772 720671 and we can tell you instantly if an item is in stock and arrange special postage if required.

Postage within the UK is free and all items are despatched by 2nd class via the postal system. The Royal Mail advised us that 2nd class mail can take 7 working days. This time increases running up to Christmas.

Larger orders are ocassionaly despatched by courier and a tracking reference number can be obtained if this is necessary.
